Namma Pravasa reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel any advertised tour without prior notice if deemed necessary. In the case of a tour cancellation, a full refund will be provided for the amount paid, but no compensation for consequential losses will be issued.
Tour timings and itineraries are subject to change at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Adjustments may be made with or without notice during the tour. If a participant misses any sightseeing due to delays, no refunds will be issued. Refunds are not available for unutilized services.
Namma Pravasa is not responsible for any losses or additional expenses incurred due to delays, changes, missed connections, strikes, weather conditions, or quarantine. Any such expenses must be covered by the customer.
The company reserves the right to ask any individual to leave the tour if their behavior is deemed offensive or disruptive to other passengers, with no further liability.
Booking
Payments can be made via cash, demand drafts, cheques, net banking, or UPI in favor of Namma Pravasa, Bengaluru. A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 10 days before departure. Full payment is necessary for participation in the tour.
Luggage
Customers are responsible for the care and management of their luggage throughout the journey.
Cancellations
If a customer cannot attend a package tour, the cancellation charges are as follows:
- More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation charge
- Between 45 and 30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost
- Between 30 and 15 days before departure: 75% of the total tour cost
- Less than 15 days before departure: 90% of the total tour cost
Cancellation charges for flight tickets will be as per the airline’s policy.
Note
Passengers must carry original valid identification during the journey. Itineraries may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers are responsible for all associated expenses arising from bad weather, technical issues, flight cancellations, or changes in dates or times.
Accommodation
Accommodation will be provided in reputable star hotels, with rooms allocated on a twin or triple sharing basis. Check-out times will adhere to hotel policies or the package itinerary. Customers requesting a single room will need to pay the price difference.
By enrolling in any tour, participants confirm that they have read and accepted all rules, regulations, and instructions related to the tour.
Refund Policy
Namma Pravasa will initiate refunds promptly; however, it may take 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in the customer’s bank account or card.
